Mikheil (Misah) Elizbarashvili is from Georgia (the country), born in Tbilisi on March 8, 1979. He is married and has three children. He received a Bachelor of International Law in 2005 from Tbilisi International University of Business and Law. He has been an AVP (Alternatives to Violence Project) facilitator since 2008.
